Weekly Photo Challenge: Solitary

Tanauan, Batangas

Taken last summer.

After swimming all day, by late afternoon, I just contented myself with sitting and eating at our floating cottage and of course snapping pictures until my battery dies :)  (The kids on the other hand, unbelievably,  are still enjoying the water!)

It has been a long-tiring-fun day, but watching this lone boat swaying calmly with the water from a distance really gives me that sense of peace and renewed patience to get me ready to face yet another challenging day! (When you’re vacationing with 10 adults, 4 kids, and a teenager, it’s always a challenge!haha!)

Basco, Batanes

A snap photo of my sister at the US Naval Base ruins in Batanes.  I just saw her standing there by the window looking outside.  I just love the effect of the natural light on her.

Panglao, Bohol

My mom, strolling along the beach of Panglao Island Resort.  She seemed to have forgotten about time and just leisurely walk there by herself.
